Consumers want an experience, rather than an explanation.

Nowadays, all new televisions are smart TVs that are connected to the internet. This offers consumers an almost endless amount of functions. Apps, on demand, online movies, games, music… Philips noticed a lack of customer awareness where it comes to the capabilities of their smart TVs. We developed a new concept for their in-store interactive product experience.

EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST EXPLANATION

Everybody wants to push the red button.

For this project we used the concept of the big red button. Who doesn’t want to push a big red shiny button when they see one? A touch screen, placed in the middle of a smart TV set-up, lets consumers experience the capabilities of a Philips Smart TV with one push of the big red button. For example, a display of the vibrant colors of all the televisions on display. These experiences guide consumers in choosing the right TV.
