KPN is the biggest telecom provider in the Netherlands with over 100 stores nationwide. Each of those stores has interactive product tables with computers, touchscreens, pick-up sensors, LED-lights, and, in this case, mobile phones. After the screensaver attracted a customer, he or she can see all the phone’s information on the touch screen. By selecting a phone on the touch screen, the selected phone is highlighted.

The interactive product table offers customers information and advice on mobile phones, subscriptions, services, promotions, pricing, and reviews. This helps them to easily compare products and compose their ideal package. I designed the touch screen application and managed to achieve decreased waiting time perception and increased service perception.
